Ingredients

  • 120 g or ½ cup pumpkin purée plain not pie filling
  • 1 medium frozen banana sliced
  • 180 ml or ¾ cup milk dairy or unsweetened almond milk
  • 60 g or ¼ cup Greek yogurt or plain plant based yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add the milk to the blender first so everything blends smoothly.
  • Add the frozen banana pumpkin purée yogurt maple syrup cinnamon nutmeg ginger vanilla and salt.
  • Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Stop and scrape down the sides if needed then blend again briefly.
  • If the smoothie is too thick add a small splash of milk and blend again.
  • Pour into a tall glass and serve right away.
