No Bake Protein Cookie Dough Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
Let's Get Started!
- Your going to be surprised by how easy and yummy this No Bake Protein Cookie Dough recipe really is. No flour, eggs or baking needed. We’ve made this recipe in a way that’s quick, doesn’t create a big mess in the kitchen, lower in fat and sugar compared to store bought cookie dough while tasting great. This makes a perfect post workout treat that you can enjoy when you really crave something for that sweet tooth! Use your favourite Vanilla flavour protein powder, even unflavoured will do perfectly fine.
- Heat up the preferred Nut Butter of your choice, along with the Honey and Brown Sugar in a glass bowl in a microwave for around 30 seconds. We just want to heat it enough so that it melts and mixes up nicely for a more even batter. If you use Peanut Butter, be sure to go for the Smooth version and not Crunchy! Let this mixture cool down for a few minutes before going onto the next step.
- Okay now we’re ready to mix in the Protein powder into our melted mixture. Once that’s not clumpy, let’s add in our Greek Yogurt, Vanilla Extract and throw in a pinch of Sea Salt. This will really help to bring out the flavour in this recipe. Mix it all up until it forms the desired Cookie Dough like consistency. If it’s too dry and needs a little more moisture in there, simply add 15ml of Water/Milk or Almond Milk into it while mixing it up properly until it reaches the consistency your happy with. Hold tight, don’t start eating it all up just yet.
- For the final step, let’s add in our Mini Chocolate Chips and start to gently fold these into our tasty Cookie Dough batter. Did you know it takes around 3 mini Chocolate Chips to make the calories of 1 normal sized one? Using the mini ones ensures that you get that chocolatey taste in each and every bite. We recommend keeping this in the Fridge for around 30 to 45 minutes before serving. This will take your Protein Cookie Dough to the next level. Hope you enjoy!
