Mango Cardamom Lassi Yogurt Drink
Mango Lassi Smoothie Drink
Ingredients You'll Need
Let's Get Started!
- This drink is incredibly easy yet tastes so heavenly that every sip will leave you melting for more! We’ll need a cup or mug to measure out our ingredients. Ideally you’ll want to use sweetened Mango Pulp that’s tinned, alternatively you can use 1 to 2 fresh ripe Mangoes that have been chopped into pieces ready to blend. If you use fresh Mangoes you can add in 4-6 spoons of Sugar to enhance the flavour of this golden nectar. Get your blender ready and let’s start.
- We’ll start by adding in 1 cup of sweetened Mango pulp or freshly cut pieces into the blender.
- Now let’s add in about 1 cup worth of Greek style Yoghurt into the blender. A low fat Greek Style works perfectly fine too. If your Vegan you can also use a plant based Yoghurt too. 1 cup worth should be around 5 heaped spoonful’s.
- We’re going to keep the consistency not overly thick and not too runny. To do this we can use either 1/2 cup of regular Milk or Almond Milk if you want to keep this smoothie plant based to make it easier on the stomach. Pour your desired Milk into the blender and if you are using freshly cut Mango pieces and want to enhance the flavour more then add in 4 to 6 spoons of White Sugar.
- At this point you can either throw in a handful of ice cubes into the blender, or just add your desired quantity into your glasses if you prefer. This step is optional. Let’s get blending this mixture up until everything is properly mixed in together leaving you with a rich, sweet creamy golden elixir! Once it’s done, pour out into 2 long glasses and we’ll give it the final and most important touch that takes this recipe to another level. Sprinkle in a pinch of Cardamom powder, Nutmeg powder and a few Saffron flowers on top of each drink. Enjoy this mouth watering restaurant style Mango Lassi smoothie!
